What is the right plan for me?
Start on Starter: it is free and includes the full discovery loop on one robot. Move to Individual when you want your run history kept and exportable, and to Teams when more than one person shares instruments. Enterprise is for labs that need procurement-friendly billing, deployment on their own infrastructure, or validation support.
What are my payment options?
Individual and Teams plans are billed by card, monthly or yearly, with yearly billing at a 20% discount. Enterprise agreements can be paid by invoice or purchase order. Billing is not switched on yet: you can choose a plan today and we will email you before the first charge.
How does usage-based pricing work?
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of protocol runs. A run is one execution of a protocol from start to finish, whether it takes ten minutes or overnight. If you reach the allowance, runs queue until the next month or you move up a tier; we never bill for overages you did not ask for. Each paid tier also includes a monthly allowance of model usage, metered at each model's list price. On Individual and Teams plans you can switch on on-demand usage in the console: model calls past the allowance then continue, billed afterwards at list price plus 20%, up to a monthly limit you set.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Prices are shown before tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout according to your billing address, and appears as a separate line on every invoice.
How can I manage usage in my organization?
Teams plans include a usage dashboard for the whole workspace, roles and permissions per project, and centralized billing. Administrators can see who ran what, on which instrument, and when, and can set limits per project.
How is my data used?
Your protocols, observations, and results belong to you. We use them to run your experiments and to show you your own history. We do not train models on customer data without a written agreement, and Enterprise plans can keep data entirely on your own infrastructure.
Can I buy through a reseller or third party?
Not yet. Individual and Teams plans are sold directly on this site, and Enterprise agreements are handled by our sales team, who can work with your procurement office and existing vendor agreements.
